There might be some i2p and Tor routers that provide comms for the campains. Not that it happened or will ever happen. Attacking or taking over some of these routers could lead to all kind of crap. Attacking on Friday with 0 length is especially idiotic and makes it easy to be discovered. I'm sure nobody does that.
